Stucco is in Our DNA
All of our stucco installations are performed under a “C-35” Contractors State License Board specialty license. Our outstanding team of lathers and plasters are specifically attuned to systems and techniques to enhance waterproofing integrity related to the proper installation and sequencing of water resistive membranes and stucco accessories. We have extensive experience with the intricacies of matching finish coat applications and are knowledgeable in the application of stucco overlay systems.
Throughout all of our years of investigative experience, stucco has been proven to be problematic when it comes to keeping a watertight assembly. This is primarily due to conflicting trades not keeping the integrity of a project in mind. One group flashes the windows, another flashes the walls, another one installs the lath and yet another one still applies the finish. This complicated approach often times leads to quality control issues. Reconstruction Services circumvents these problems by having one group oversee all aspects of this work when it comes to stucco cladding. From demolition, to the final coat, we stand behind what we do.
