Hillside houses come with their own sets of challenges around the Bay Area. Water intrusion show signs much earlier than that of a ranch style property, but the results can be far more expensive to repair. In this instance, we not only had to remove and replace finishes at a several exterior locations, but we also had to correct framing inequities made by the original builder. At the conclusion of the project, we delivered a beautiful, watertight product that will enjoyed for years to come.
